Everything About Sushi

On this course you will learn about the various kinds of sushi, etiquette and table manners, as well as some useful phrases and jargon for the restaurant and sushi bar. You will also learn about the different types of sushi in Japan and its history. At the end of the workshop, you get to taste some authentic sushi.

This course will take you through the rich language, customs, thinking, and ingredients that make up the best dishes eaten across the regions and the seasons of Japan.  From street food to monks’ food, come and explore the richness of regional Japanese cuisine across the seasons in this exciting workshop.
